Chief Executive Officer

Stanley Peter Anukwuocha is a Licensed Human Resource Practitioner and organizational leadership professional with experience spanning the United States and Nigeria. His work brings together human resource practice, public administration, workforce development, and research to help organizations and professionals build stronger, more effective futures.

SPA maintains an office presence in Norfolk, Virginia, United States, alongside active client relationships and professional experience across Nigeria. This dual footprint shapes how we advise organizations and professionals operating in, or between, both contexts.
