Stanley Peter Anukwuocha is a licensed Human Resource Practitioner and the founder of SPA Human Capital and Consulting Solutions Ltd. He is a PhD candidate in Public Administration and Policy at Old Dominion University, and holds a Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
His professional experience spans local government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, with practice across both the United States and Nigeria. His research and professional interests center on workforce retention, human resource analytics, and organizational effectiveness — the same areas that anchor SPA’s consulting practice today.
